Tras conocerse la resoluci\u00f3n, el abogado Marcelo Baqu\u00e9 anticip\u00f3 que recurrir\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n ante la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n. Finalizada esa instancia, el debate avanz\u00f3 con el inicio de las declaraciones testimoniales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer testigo en declarar fue Virginio Medina, t\u00edo de Loan y gomero de la localidad de 9 de Julio. Durante su testimonio comenz\u00f3 a reconstruir c\u00f3mo se enter\u00f3 de la desaparici\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medina relat\u00f3 que ese d\u00eda recibi\u00f3 a Guti\u00e9rrez en su taller, adonde hab\u00eda llevado su motocicleta.
