La v\u00edctima es una menor con condiciones de salud preexistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la jornada de este domingo 29 de marzo, personal de la<strong>&nbsp;Comisar\u00eda Primera de Paso de la Patria<\/strong>&nbsp;intervino tras la radicaci\u00f3n de una&nbsp;<strong>denuncia penal<\/strong>&nbsp;por un&nbsp;<strong>presunto abuso sexual agravado contra una menor de edad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n inicial, la v\u00edctima presenta&nbsp;<strong>condiciones de salud preexistentes,<\/strong>&nbsp;entre ellas&nbsp;<strong>par\u00e1lisis cerebral, retraso madurativo y epilepsia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras tomar conocimiento del hecho, los efectivos llevaron adelante un operativo que permiti\u00f3 la r\u00e1pida aprehensi\u00f3n de un hombre se\u00f1alado como presunto autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa se encuentra en instancia de investigaci\u00f3n, con intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades judiciales correspondientes.
