El hombre deber\u00e1 cumplir con una serie de obligaciones.\u00a0<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La Justicia de Chaco decidi\u00f3 este lunes liberar al camionero\u00a0<strong>N.R.D.<\/strong>, de 27 a\u00f1os, que provoc\u00f3 el grave\u00a0<strong>accidente fatal<\/strong>\u00a0del pasado viernes en el\u00a0<strong>Puente General Manuel Belgrano<\/strong>. El hombre, oriundo de Santa Fe, est\u00e1 acusado de\u00a0<strong>homicidio culposo<\/strong>\u00a0en concurso real con lesiones culposas en accidente de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el fallo del fiscal&nbsp;<strong>V\u00edctor Recio<\/strong>, se orden\u00f3 la &#8220;inmediata libertad&#8221; del&nbsp;<strong>imputado<\/strong>. Sin embargo, se le impusieron una serie de obligaciones que deber\u00e1 cumplir, tales como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fijar un domicilio y permanecer a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concurrir a todas las citaciones que se le formulen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No consumir bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y\/o estupefacientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentarse del 1 al 5 de cada mes en la Comisar\u00eda Seccional Sexta de Malabrigo, Santa Fe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>choque m\u00faltiple<\/strong>&nbsp;dej\u00f3 como v\u00edctima fatal a&nbsp;<strong>Ram\u00f3n David P\u00e9rez,<\/strong>&nbsp;de 57 a\u00f1os, y&nbsp;personas heridas.
