La Justicia rechaz\u00f3 la leg\u00edtima defensa y orden\u00f3 una indemnizaci\u00f3n.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Este lunes 1 se confirm\u00f3 la sentencia que condena a un jugador de f\u00fatbol 5 a pagar m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de pesos por agredir a un rival durante un partido. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 13 de marzo de 2020 en el Club Deportivo y Recreativo Curuz\u00fa, en Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante un encuentro de f\u00fatbol 5, un jugador fue derribado por una barrida desde atr\u00e1s. Al reincorporarse, empuj\u00f3 a su rival e intent\u00f3 agredirlo, ante lo cual este respondi\u00f3 con un golpe directo al rostro, provoc\u00e1ndole una fractura doble de maxilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agresor aleg\u00f3 haber actuado en leg\u00edtima defensa ante una amenaza inminente, pero la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones de Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1 rechaz\u00f3 ese argumento. Los jueces consideraron que el golpe no fue una reacci\u00f3n proporcional ni justificable, y destacaron que en un contexto deportivo se espera evitar el contacto violento, no agravarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal confirm\u00f3 el fallo de primera instancia que obliga al jugador a indemnizar al lesionado por da\u00f1o psicol\u00f3gico, moral, gastos m\u00e9dicos y otros perjuicios. El monto total asciende a $1.026.450, m\u00e1s intereses.
